According to scanner chatter, there is a problem with the traffic signals on Hwy. 55 at Arrowhead Drive in the west metro.
On the roads, congestion is building on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694.
Two crashes are impacting traffic. They are on southbound 35E at Hwy. 110. Traffic bunches up starting at Hwy. 13.
The State Patrol is dealing with a wreck on the right shoulder of southbound 35W just past 494 in Bloomington.
