It's a tame rush hour so far with few accidents and virtually no delays to speak of. We have only a couple of minor snags to report.

A stalled vehicle is blocking the ramp from 7th Street to westbound 94 in Minneapolis.

Emergency personnel are dealing with a crash at Marshall St. and Lowry Avenue NE. in Minneapolis.

A reminder that Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis is closed between Riverside Avenue and 6th Street as crews continue to clean up from yesterday's building explosion and fire.
