6:20 a.m. update: Building levels on 94 in east metro

Traffic levels are picking up on westbound 94 through Woodbury from the St. Croix Rest Area to 494. Things thin out from there over to Johnson Pkwy. where traffic slows down again.

Traffic levels are picking up on westbound 94 through Woodbury from the St. Croix Rest Area to 494. Things thin out from there over to Johnson Pkwy. where traffic slows down again.

Over in Minneapolis, look for a Metro Transit bus off on the right shoulder at Hwy. 280. The stalled bus is partially blocking the right lane.
