Traffic is still rolling along at a good clip on metro area highways and freeways. Look for a little slowing on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694.
That drive will only take a few extra minutes.
You will find pockets of slow traffic on northbound 494 from Hwy. 55 to Bass Lake Road.
Reminder that Park and Portland Avenue bridges over I-94 in south Minneapolis close at 9 a.m. today and will be closed until August. The posted detours take northbound drivers to Chicago Avenue and southbound drivers to 3rd Avenue.
