6:15 a.m. update: Stall causing major backup on 35W in Blaine

A stalled vehicle parked in the right lane is all it takes to plug up southbound 35W. The disabled car at County Road 10 has commuters parked back to 95th Avenue and the line is growing.

A stalled vehicle parked in the right lane is all it takes to plug up southbound 35W. The disabled car at County Road 10 has commuters parked back to 95th Avenue and the line is growing.

Plan on an extra 15 minutes from Lexington Avenue to 694.

Roads have standing water in places, so use caution. Spinout working on westbound 694 at Hwy. 10 in Arden Hills and a rollover on northbound Hwy. 5 at Post Road near the MSP International Airport.
