Hennepin County says it has 70 plows out this morning treating icy, slushy and wet roads. MnDOT plows also are out.

Hennepin County says it has 70 plows out this morning treating icy, slushy and wet roads. MnDOT plows also are out.

Keep the speeds down as there are scattered slippery spots. Some reports say Highway 52 in the far south metro is ice covered. There are reports of a big rig involved in a crash at 210th Street.

In the immediate metro, a crash in blocking the left shoulder on westbound Crosstown in the vicinity of Penn Avenue. There may be another one at Lyndale Avenue.
