6:15 a.m. update: All clear on 35E in St. Paul

Traffic is back to normal on northbound 35E. A rollover wreck that had blocked the two left lanes Cayuga Bridge in downtown St. Paul has cleared.

Traffic is back to normal on northbound 35E. A rollover wreck that had blocked the two left lanes Cayuga Bridge in downtown St. Paul has cleared.

Our fender bender on northbound 35W at 82nd Street also is gone. The system is back to being crash and incident free.
