Traffic levels are picking up and so are the number of crashes. The latest is a wreck blocking two lanes of southbound 94 at Olson Hwy.
The jackknifed semi and a few other vehicles are blocking the ramp from westbound Hwy. 36 to northbound 694 in Oakdale.
Look out for slick conditions westbound 694 at McKnight. A vehicle slid into the center median.
