You'll find a crash on eastbound 94 between Park and Portland Avenues. So far, it's having a minimal effect on traffic.

In the south metro, look for patchy fog that is expected to burn off by 10 a.m. Use your low beams. Elsewhere roads are wet with scattered icy spots on ramps and bridge decks.
