That's where investigators from the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office are looking into a fatal crash that killed a Spring Valley, Wis. man. He was identified as Brody Sotona.
A passenger in his vehicle, Connor Macklin, 24, of Stillwater, was injured.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, an officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding and suspicion of drunken driving. After the driver initially stopped, the driver took off and led police on a chase through Minneapolis and broadsided another vehicle at 4th and Central Avenues. SE. about 12:55 a.m.
