Hennepin County announced this week that it will auction 50 properties, most of them in Minneapolis, on Dec. 5 at the Hennepin County Government Center downtown. No historic churches are available this time, but there's a tiny house at 2105 4th St. NE available for a $1,000 minimum bid. Or on the highest end, the bidding starts at $425,000 for 6080 Annapolis Lane North, a house in Lake Camelot Estates in Plymouth. The open house schedule is here, and more details about the auction are here.
