KELLEE STEWART

You can keep your "Sex and the City" quartet. For my money, the funniest, most ferocious gal pal on television is this young actress, who brings a much needed feminine touch to TBS' "My Boys." (Third season premieres at 9:30 p.m. March 31.)

LIZZY CAPLAN

The breakout star of "The Class" shines again, this time as a sarcastic struggling actress relegated to the role of caterer in the surprisingly sweet new series "Party Down," co-created by actor Paul Rudd. (Premieres at 9:30 p.m. Friday, Starz.)

NEIL FLYNN

We have yet to find out the real name of the Janitor on "Scrubs," but we have learned that the mischievous actor who plays him is a key player in hospital high jinks, capable of unnerving -- and upstaging -- any of the other characters. (7 p.m. Wednesdays, KSTP, Ch. 5.)

JANE KRAKOWSKI

Like her character, Jenna Maroney, this actress is perennially underappreciated on "30 Rock." Unlike Jenna, she seems unswayed by the lack of respect, leaping into one foolish situation after another with Lucy-like abandonment. (8:30 p.m. Thursdays, KARE, Ch. 11.)

PATRICK WARBURTON

The role of the put-upon husband may be as old as TV itself, but this "Seinfeld" veteran plays Jeff in "Rules of Engagement" as if he invented the idea, milking every macho cliché to the limit. (8:30 p.m. Mondays, WCCO, Ch. 4.)
