5:55 a.m. update: No problems on the roads

The rush hour is off to a quiet start with no accidents, incidents or delays.

The rush hour is off to a quiet start with no accidents, incidents or delays.

We have only minor congestion on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694, but that's not adding much time to the drive. In that location, things will get worse as the morning rolls along.

Tim Harlow covers traffic and transportation issues in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, and likes to get out of the office, even during rush hour. He also covers the suburbs in northern Hennepin and all of Anoka counties, plus breaking news and weather.
