According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, all lanes of the Stillwater Lift Bridge are back open. MnDOT had said the bridge could be closed as long as 8:30 a.m.
That's good news for Wisconsin drivers heading into Minnesota. A semi carrying has overturned on the bridge around 4:30 a.m., which resulted in the closure.
The only other snag on the system at the moment is a stalled vehicle blocking the left lane on northbound Hwy. 169 at 77th Avenue, also known as Brooklyn Blvd.
