While all the attention has been on the pending 694 project through Brooklyn Center and Fridley, but another project in the south metro has the potential to bring big delays.
I-35E is down to a single lane in each direction from County Road 42 to Cedar Avenue. So far, traffic is moving at a decent pace, but look for things to fill in.
A reminder that Hwy. 36 in both directions is closed from Hwy. 61 to White Bear Avenue for the next two months.
