5:50 a.m. update: Light rain to go with light traffic levels

We have wet roads in parts of the metro area, but so far it's not having an impact on traffic.

We have wet roads in parts of the metro area, but so far it's not having an impact on traffic.

That might be because we just don't have much of it out there at this hour.

About the only incident of note is a stalled school bus on the right shoulder of eastbound 94 near Western Avenue in St. Paul.
