Ever so slowly the waters are receding along the Minnesota River, at least enough for the Hwy. 41 river crossing in Chaska to reopen to traffic.

The crossing at Hwy. 101 in Shakopee still remains closed to traffic.

Aside from a traffic stop on northbound Cedar Avenue near the Minnesota River bridge, you'll find no issues on the roads at this hour.
