Last week I reported on how heavy freight traffic on the BNSF rail lines has led to a rash of delays for the Northstar Commuter line. Today, the problem persists.

Metro Transit says a disabled freight train has led to cancellation of the first inbound run today. The second run is scheduled to depart Big Lake at 5:51 a.m.   Stay tuned.

No delays of note on the highways. All major routes show light levels of traffic and no accidents or incidents.
