A crash is blocking the intersection of SE. 4th Street and 35W near the University of Minnesota campus. The State Patrol and an ambulance are on the scene. A fire truck is just now arriving.

It appears as if the crash involves a small bus or possibly a Metro Mobility van.

The ramp to 4th Street is closed, but freeway traffic is not affected.
