The slick roads are starting to spawn crashes and spin outs. In the past few minutes, the State Patrol has responded to a crash blocking the center and left lanes on southbound 35W at 76th Street.
There's also a spin out on the southbound Bloomington Ferry Bridge on the right shoulder and a motorist that slipped off the ramp from eastbound 694 to Century Avenue in White Bear Lake.
