Traffic levels are already building through the work zone on northbound I-35 through Lakeville between County Road 70 and County Road 50. Add in a crash on the ramp from County 50 to northbound I-35, and you've got some minor delays.
A semitrailer truck is on the right shoulder of eastbound 94 just past the Maple Grove split. Early word is that an object may have gone through the windshield of the truck. The activity is on the right shoulder.
