Road construction on Hwys. 55 and 149 in Eagan is already causing delays for commuters. Today and Thursday, stop light work could add to it.
Crews will be installing new traffic signals on the south intersection of Hwys. 149 and 55 starting at 6 a.m. A four-way stop will control the intersection through 3 p.m. both days.
This work is part of the City of Eagan's reconstruction of Highways 149 and 55.
