The morning rush is off to a busy start with a number of spinouts and crashes. Use caution on the roads, which are wet in places, icy in others and snow covered in places.

The left shoulder is blocked on westbound 494 at 34th Avenue in Bloomington.

A vehicle spun out and landed in the center median on westbound Hwy. 62 at Tracy Avenue.

The right shoulder is blocked on eastbound Hwy. 10 at Egret Blvd. in Coon Rapids, and northbound 35E at County Road E.
