Slippery and murky conditions in the northwest and north metro are leading to a number of crashes and delays. In the south metro, freezing rain and slick roads are doing the same.

Here is a list of crashes followed by some travel times:

  • Southbound Cedar Avenue ramp to northbound I-35E
    • Westbound I-494 near Hwy. 5
      • Northbound Hwy. 169 just prior to I-494 in Eden Prairie
        • Northbound Hwy. 52 at Upper 55th Street
          • Westbound 94 at Hwy. 101 in Rogers
            • Spinout on southbound 35W at the 46th Street bus stop
              • Northbound I-35E at 80th Street in Inver Grove Heights.

                Northbound 35W from downtown Minneapolis to 95th Avenue in Blaine: 29 minutes

                Northbound 35E from downtown St. Paul to the Forest Lake Split: 26 minutes

                Westbound Hwy.10 from I-35W to Hwy. 169 in Anoka: 26 minutes

                West Metro

                Northbound 94 from Lowry Tunnel to Maple Grove Split: 35 minutes

                Northbound 494 from 394 to Maple Grove Split: 13 minutes

                Westbound 94 from Fish Lake Interchange to Hwy. 241 in St. Michael: 21 minutes

                Northbound Hwy. 169 from Hwy. 7 to I-94: 25 minutes

                South Metro

                Southbound 35W from downtown Minneapolis to Burnsville Split: 24 minutes

                Southbound 35E from downtown St. Paul to Burnsville Split: 24 minutes

                Southbound Cedar Avenue from Crosstown to McAndrews Road: 11 minutes

                East Metro

                Eastbound 94 from 35E to the Hudson bridge: 18 minutes
