At least five people have been killed in the past two days in crashes on Minnesota roads, according to the State Patrol.

Kelly A. Roush, 36, of Waconia Township, died just after 4 p.m. Wednesday when the 2008 Subaru Outback she was driving east on Hwy. 5 near Waconia crossed the lanes of traffic and crashed through a fence into a ditch. Roush was wearing a seat belt, and alcohol was not a factor.

Ryan C. Uker, 42, of Rockford, Ill., was killed at 12:54 p.m. Wednesday when the semitrailer truck he was driving south on Hwy. 13 in Waseca County crossed the centerline and struck a 2016 Dodge Ram driven by Zakary N. Massie, 31, of Northville, Mich. Massie suffered noncritical injuries and was taken to Mayo Health Systems in Mankato. Massie was wearing a seat belt, but Uker was not. Alcohol was not a factor.

Greg D. Brown, 48, of Paynesville, died just after 4:30 a.m. Wednesday when his 1982 Honda motorcycle, northbound on Hwy. 4 in Lake Henry Township in Stearns County, struck a 2014 Chevy Equinox that was turning left to go south on Hwy. 4. The Equinox driver, Angela B. Brick, 41, of Paynesville, suffered noncritical injuries. Alcohol was not a factor, the patrol said. It was not known if Brown was wearing a helmet.

Donald O. Hilligoss, 60, of Cohasset, died of injuries suffered when his 2007 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, traveling west on Hwy. 37 in St. Louis County, struck a 2011 Hyundai Sonata as it turned left to go north on County Road 7 just after 2 p.m. Tuesday. The Sonata driver, Niomi C. Boulanger, 19, of Eveleth, was not hurt. Hilligoss was not wearing a helmet and Boulanger was wearing a seat belt. Alcohol was not a factor.

Isaac B. Ohlemann, 17, of Faribault, was killed at 12:44 p.m. Tuesday when the 2000 Chevy Cavalier he was driving west on 230th Street E. in New Market Township, Scott County, struck a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country at Natchez Avenue.

The driver of the Town and Country, Kimberly L. Pirri, 43, of New Market, suffered noncritical injuries, as did her passenger, Isabella L. Pirri, 9. All involved were wearing seat belts and alcohol was not a factor, the patrol said.
