The "Mystery Woman" rolling with 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment's owner/pitchman Dick Enrico has a secret.

When I sneaked up behind her and Enrico at the Home & Garden Show, she said, "Uh-oh, is this the lady I've been trying to stay away from?" Enrico responded: "My good, personal friend C.J."

Since we're such good, personal friends, I asked Enrico whether this was the new girlfriend?

"No," Mystery said, in a verbal interception, although it would soon be apparent that Enrico didn't want this question thrown his way.

"I'm..." Mystery stopped, then tugged on Enrico's sleeve with entreaties of "Do it! Do it!"

Enrico did not exercise his ability to open his mouth, although Mystery kept encouraging him to "Do it!" There's clearly something she knows that Enrico's not willing to utter. Trying to coax the revelation along, I asked whether she was his wife.

All I got was some chatter about how Enrico has had only the nicest things to say about me. (Roll eyes here.)

Couldn't help but notice Enrico's ring finger had a big piece of jewelry that was throwing off enough sparks to start a fire. At one point, Mystery and I engaged in a playful tug-of-war, which you can see on my video, as I tried to get her to expose the ring finger she was keeping covered.

The only confirmed gossip I got out of this devilment is that Enrico's gorgeous son, Rick Enrico, has found a wife. Congrats, Junior! You did it and without any help from ABC's "The Bachelorette." (In 2004 Junior got bounced off the show by bachelorette Meredith.)

Oh, and there was this shocking admission. When Enrico, whom I've seen walking around Lake Calhoun, remarked that I was looking like I had added some muscles (so untrue), I tactfully (really, I was) inquired about the, ah, results he's been getting from all the exercising implied in his TV commercials. Hope you're sitting down: Enrico told me that he concentrates on selling those pieces of exercise equipment more than using them.

Cooking with Mom The Home & Garden crowd loved WCCO-TV anchor Frank Vascellaro's family cooking act.

Frank and his mom, Rosalie Vascellaro, have already been invited back for next year, which will be their third appearance.

Frank asked questions, and Rosalie sweetly smacked him down with looks and comments that you can see on my video. By the way, the Vascellaros attracted and held a larger audience than Cheryl Tiegs did during her appearances or than I did while making chicken salad.

One Phunny guy Mr. Phunn ("Don't forget the second 'n'") -- the KFANer whose mom named him Joe Anderson -- is related to somebody with one of the fun jobs on TV.

Phunn says his brother K.P. Anderson -- executive producer and head writer of "The Soup," E! TV's outrageous, wacky look at all the silly things that happen on television --"may be funnier when it comes to writing, but I'm better off the cuff," proving that sibling rivalry never ends.

Check the video posted Thursday. Is it just me, or does Phunn look like a cousin of Matt Damon?

Goodbye to Carlson Bill Carlson's home-going visitation at the Old Log Theater created a couple of log jams.

In the parking lot, there was a traffic jam. The theater was jampacked with broadcasting executives with whom Carlson, who died Feb. 29 of prostate cancer, worked for 50 years at WCCO-TV, where he did everything from hosting the noon show to movie reviews.

"A lot of former general managers here," said one spectator, as KSTP-TV's Rusty Gatenby jokingly intoned, "and a future general manager."

Former WCCO GM John Culliton, Cindy Hillger's husband, was there along with former WCCO and KSTP-TV GM Ed Piette and current WCCO GM Susan Adams Loyd.

Piette, now GM at Boston's WBZ-TV, flew back to honor Carlson and comfort his widow, Nancy Nelson, as did Jeff Kiernan, a former WCCO-TV news director wooed away from the Twin Cities by Ed to do the same job in Boston.

Barry ZeVan, the former weatherman; Charlie Boone, of WCCO-AM "Boone & Erickson" fame, and Marcia Fluer, the former WCCO-TV and KSTP-TV reporter/anchor, were among the famous faces present who shared their memories of Bill on video, which has been posted at startribune.com/video.
