The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension on Thursday released sketches of two of the four suspects in an Aug. 26 home invasion in Brooklyn Center during which four people were shot and wounded.

Three men and one woman suffered gunshot wounds in the home invasion, which took place before dawn that Wednesday in the 5000 block of Drew Avenue N. The victims are all recovering.

Brooklyn Center police say the suspects searched the home and shot the victims before fleeing. An extensive search that included police dogs was unable to find the suspects, who have been described as four men in their 20s. They fled in a silver sedan that traveled north on Hwy. 100.

Police have said little else about the incident except that they do not believe the victims and suspects knew each other. The investigation is continuing, they said Thursday in a news release.
