FERGUS FALLS, Minn. — Two relatives are under arrest in Arizona in the shooting death of a Minnesota man who went missing last year.

The Otter Tail County sheriff's office says victim Scott Burris' uncle, 64-year-old Michael Alan Burris, and his cousin, 24-year-old Michael Kyle Burris, were arrested Monday in Mesa, Ariz.

Scott Burris was listed as missing in May 2012. His van was found abandoned in a wooded area near Elizabeth. Several weeks later, Burris' body was found near Orwell Lake. An autopsy found he died of a gunshot wound.

Sheriff Brian Schlueter tells KBRF-AM (http://bit.ly/r11BGJ ) the case involved money and drugs.

Scott Burris was last seen at the Fergus Falls home of the two suspects. The father and son moved to Mesa in April.

Both face second-degree murder charges and await extradition.
