August 2, 2016 at 12:49AM

It took Minneapolis firefighters nearly two hours to quench a fire that tore through a home in the 700 block of Kenwood Parkway near Parade Park on Monday afternoon, officials said.

No injuries were reported in the blaze, the cause of which was still undetermined Monday night, the Fire Department reported.

An emergency call went out shortly after 3 p.m. summoning nearby fire crews to the home in the Lowry Hill neighborhood, according to a post on the department's Twitter account.

Firefighters found fire in the walls on the first floor, officials said.

At 4:44 p.m., department officials tweeted that the fire had been contained, but crews were still putting out smoldering hot spots.
