A 10-year-old boy was killed Saturday in an ATV accident in southern Minnesota.
The accident happened at about 11 a.m. in south Pilot Mound Township in Fillmore County, near the town of Chatfield.
Emergency responders arrived to find that the accident involved a single ATV, and the boy was the only victim. He died at the scene.
Details about how the accident happened were not immediately released. The boy's name was also not immediately made public, but authorities say he lived in the area.
