This report chronicles cases and deaths in Minnesota from COVID-19, the infectious disease caused by the novel coronavirus, and tracks the progress in vaccinating state residents.

Hundreds of thousands of cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Minnesota since the first confirmed case was reported March 6, 2020 in Ramsey County, and thousands of Minnesotans have died. These figures should not be considered a full count of cases in Minnesota as health officials say they believe not all cases are reported.
