Three-time X Games bronze medalist Brad Baker suffered a spinal cord injury during practice Sunday in Minneapolis.
In a Facebook post, Baker’s brother Scott said the flat track motorcylist spent Sunday in surgery to fix a vertebrae with multiple fractures.
His brother also said fragments of Baker’s vertebrae had damaged his spinal cord, putting pressure on it and causing paralysis from the middle of his back down. He remains hospitalized.
