Jasmine Carol Bledsoe, 28, suffered a "non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg," and was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment, said Minneapolis Police Spokeswoman Corey Schmidt. Bledsoe was near the stage during a musical performance, police said.
