Preview: The Jazz (22-15) is 1-2 on a five-game trip that started with a victory at Brooklyn and losses at Boston and Toronto. Before losing the last two games, Utah had won four consecutive games. …The Jazz won the season's first meeting 112-103 at Target Center in late November and has won eight of the past 12 games between the teams.

Players to watch: Jazz F Gordon Hayward started the trip in Brooklyn with his fifth 30-point game this season. That's the most through 35 games by a Jazz player since Deron Williams in 2010-11. … C Rudy Gobert shot 77.8 percent (77-for-99) in December. That's the highest by an NBA player with 60 attempts in a month since Wilt Chamberlain shot 78.0 percent in March 1973. Gobert averaged 14.3 points, 13.0 rebounds and 2.7 blocks in December.

Injuries: Wolves F Shabazz Muhammad missed Friday's game at Washington because he was ill and is questionable. Jazz veteran G George Hill missed his third consecutive game on Thursday in Toronto and his status will be determined Saturday.
