Wolves Summer League roster, schedule announced

Wolves begin play in Las Vegas on Friday.

First-round draft pick Kris Dunn is the headliner and Ryan Saunders is the coach of the Timberwolves' Summer League team, which will begin action in Las Vegas against the Denver Nuggets this Friday on the UNLV campus.

The roster includes Dunn, taken fifth in June's draft, as well as current Timberwolves players Tyus Jones and Adreian Payne. Teams will compete in three preliminary-round games from July 8-12 before being seeded in a tournament that starts July 13 and ends with the championship game July 18. Each team will play a minimum of five games.
