Players to watch: Wolves guard Zach LaVine practiced Wednesday after he turned an ankle in Tuesday’s home-opening 116-80 victory over Memphis. His 31-point game was his third career 30-point game and the most by a Wolf in this young season. … Third in Rookie of the Year voting last season, Nuggets big man Nikola Jokic helped lead Serbia to an Olympic silver medal last summer and, in Saturday’s loss to Portland, became the fourth Nugget since the 1983-84 season to reach 23 points, 17 rebounds and four steals in a game. Center Jusuf Murkic came back with a 13-point, 18-rebound, five-block game in a loss to Toronto.

Injuries: Wolves point guard Ricky Rubio (sprained right elbow) missed Tuesday’s game and is out indefinitely. Nuggets G Will Barton (ankle) is out, G Gary Harris (groin) is doubtful and F Darrell Arthur (knee) is questionable. Harris and Arthur have missed the season’s first three games.
