Preview: The Cavaliers have won two consecutive, three of their past four and 11 of 14 after they started the season 5-7. They're 8-1 in their past nine home games and beat a Memphis team missing both injured Zach Randolph and Tony Allen 105-91 at home on Sunday.­­ ­LeBron James (25 points, 11 assists) and Kyrie Irving (17 points, 12 assists) each had double-double games, while former Wolves double-double machine Kevin Love (eight points, eight rebounds) didn't get there. … The teams split the season series a year ago, with the Cavs winning 93-92 at the Q in the season's opening days and the Wolves winning 124-95 at Target Center nine days later. They finish the series with Love's only Target Center visit this season on Jan. 31.

Players to watch: Sunday marked was the first time two Cavaliers have recorded double-doubles in the same game since James and Mo Williams did so on April 6, 2010. James had 19 points and 13 assists and Williams went for 14 and 12 against Toronto. The pair also was the last Cavs duo to reach at least 15 points and 10 assists in a game, on Jan. 19, 2010, also against the Raptors…Cavs veteran F Shawn Marion is 11 rebounds away from becoming the fourth active NBA player to reach 10,000 career rebounds.

Injuries: Wolves G Ricky Rubio (sprained ankle), C Nikola Pekovic (ankle) and G Kevin Martin (wrist surgery) are out. Guard Mo Williams and F Shabazz Muhammad both are dealing with back spasms but are expected to play.
