Preview: The Nets have home victories over Indiana and Detroit in their 2-4 season start under new GM Sean Marks and coach Kenny Atkinson. All of their first six games have been against Eastern Conference opponents; Tuesday is their first against a Western team. … The Wolves won both meetings last season. The visiting team has won six of the past nine games. … Both teams are playing the first night of back-to-back games, but with this difference: The Nets play the Knicks a few miles away in Manhattan on Wednesday while the Wolves play that night 1,000 miles away in Orlando.

Players to watch: New Nets forward Trevor Booker — another player whose rights the Wolves once traded on draft night — has three double-doubles in the first six games. He had four all last season for Utah. … Brooklyn's bench is second in the league in scoring with a 44.7 points per game average, behind only the Lakers' bench at 50.6. … Former Wolves Anthony Bennett, Sean Kilpatrick and Justin Hamilton are on the Nets' roster.

Injuries: Wolves G Ricky Rubio (sprained elbow) remains out. Nets G Jeremy Lin (hamstring), G Greivis Vasquez (ankle) and G Caris LeVert (foot) are out. Former Wolves G Randy Foye (hamstring) hasn't played yet this season, but is available Tuesday.
