Wolves announce summer league schedule

Minnesota one of 24 teams participating

The Timberwolves, one of 24 teams participating in the NBA's summer league, announced their schedule today.

The summer league, which features draft picks and other younger players, is the first time fans can see many of the 2012 draft picks in action. The league will be held on the campus of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas campus July 13-22.

Here is the Wolves' schedule:

The Timberwolves 2012 Summer League Schedule is as follows (all times are CDT times)

July 16/ L.A. Clippers, 9 p.m. at the COX Pavilion;

July 17/ Charlotte, 9:30 p.m. at the Thomas & Mack Center;

July 19/Cleveland, 7 p.m., COX Pavilion

July 21/ Development League all-star team, 7 p.m., COX Pavilion

July 22/ Memphis, 7 p.m., COX Pavilion.

Tickets are available, and cost $25 per day (seniors and children are $15 and children under age 2 are free).

NBA TV will televise all 60 games, 39 of them live.
