Winter hair fix: Moroccanoil The problem: Subzero weather is especially tough on hair -- as proved by dry frizz and nasty split ends.

The solution: Moroccanoil ($39) is a hair serum made from Aragan oil with vitamins F, A and E. It absorbs into wet hair and leaves it super-silky, but not oily. It definitely makes hair slicker, smoother and shinier. You don't need both, but a spritz of the line's Glimmer Shine Spray ($24) on dry hair also does great damage control.

Bonus: The light fragrance is slightly exotic, but still subtle.
