The chardonnay, sauvignon and chenin-chardonnay blend all boast lively fruit and minerally goodness, but our favorite is the brisk, juicy, absurdly refreshing Tariquet "Classic" Ugni Blanc-Colombard ($11).
An al fresco delight, it also goes well with fruity salads, sushi and chicken or cheese enchiladas.
