If for some strange reason you don't like Honeycrisp apples, you might want to skip the Paso a Paso Verdejo ($11), one of the few wines I've come across that features that flavor. On the other hand, there are some nice melon and citrus elements in this white delight from the Spanish region of La Mancha. The aromas and the finish are clean and vibrant. Try it with most any shellfish preparation or salads with pairing-challenged avocado.
