Alex Tuch, the Wild's No. 1 draft choice in the June draft, suffered a knee injury during an exhibition game Monday night, according to NHL.com.
The injury occured in the first period of an exhibition game against Finland, where Tuch has been part of the USA Hockey National Junior Evaluation Camp in Lake Placid, N.Y.
The injury will be checked further today.
Tuch played college hockey for Boston College and was the 18th player chosen.
