The Wild and restricted free-agent center Erik Haula beat a Sunday salary arbitration decision by settling on a two-year, $2 million contract.
Instead of being awarded a one-year contract between $775,000 and $1.2 million, the 24-year-old Haula will receive $950,000 in 2015-16 and $1.05 million in 2016-17.
The former Gophers two-time leading scorer scored seven goals and seven assists in 72 games last season.
Minor leaguers Jon Blum and Brett Bulmer are the Wild's only remaining unsigned players.

Shields (10-1) joined Dustin Crenshaw and Kramer Sneed as 10-game winners.
Angelo Songco was the Saints' hitting star, going 4-for-5 with three doubles, including one that cleared the bases in a three-run sixth. Vinny DiFazio hit his 12th homer for the Saints, a three-run shot in the first inning.
