Fresh off winning the NBA's Rookie of the Year a couple weeks back, Wolves forward Andrew Wiggins added another distinction when SLAM Magazine put Wiggins on its most recent cover.

The honor itself isn't so surprising, but the timing — smack in the middle of a postseason in which Wiggins' Timberwolves most certainly are not a participant — speaks to the power of Wiggins.

"The Playoffs are raging on," it is written by the magazine, "but we're looking ahead to the day Andrew Wiggins rules the NBA."

Wolves fans are no doubt hoping that comes true.
