Blast Blow Dry Bar is opening two locations later this spring: at the Shops at West End in St. Louis Park and Aloft hotel in downtown Minneapolis. A traveling blow-dry service called Blast Off is part of the business plan, too, and will cater to events such as proms and weddings. $35. Lush Day Spa and Salon began offering a happy hour blow-dry bar last month to cater to busy downtown Minneapolis clients. From 2 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, professional blowouts are available for $25.
