Theft. A bicycle valued at $4,473 was stolen from a garage in the 4500 block of Drexel Avenue.
JAN. 16
Drunken driving. A 22-year-old Edina man was arrested for drunken driving and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 76th Street and France Avenue.

Robbery. Medications valued at $3,603 were stolen from Walgreens, 4916 France Av. S.

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 5100 block of Wooddale Avenue.

JAN. 15
Domestic. A domestic was reported at an apartment on 3rd Avenue. Officers learned that a couple was loudly engaging in sexual intercourse, and found no signs of assault.
INDEPENDENCE
JAN. 20
Assist public. A 61-year-old man called police to report his keys were locked inside his running vehicle in the 3000 block of County Road 90. An officer was able to unlock the vehicle.
LORETTO
JAN. 18
Theft. A 2001 Infiniti QX4 was stolen from A to Z Auto, 350 Medina St. N. The vehicle was later recovered in Minnetonka.
JAN. 24
Check welfare. A 4-year-old girl trying to unlock her mother's cellphone accidentally hit the emergency button, sending officers to a home in the 100 block of Hillview Lane. A dispatcher made contact with the girl and everything was determined to be fine.
MAPLE GROVE
JAN. 18
Weapons. A person reported that neighbors were pointing guns at each other in the 8600 block of Terraceview Lane. Officers found air soft guns in the driveway and advised the parties of the ordinance regarding guns.
Animal complaint. A person reported that a dog was left outside for more than two hours during cold weather at a home in the 7200 block of Polaris Lane. Officers made contact with the homeowner, who was not at home but said they had forgotten to let the dog back inside the house and allowed the officers to do so.
MINNETRISTA
JAN. 17
Check welfare. Officers responded to a home on Pheasant Lane regarding a 911 hang-up call. It was discovered that a child was playing with the phone and that there was no emergency.
PLYMOUTH
JAN. 21
Burglary. A safe was stolen from Ketsana Thai Restaurant, 16605 County Road 24. There were no signs of forced entry.
TONKA BAY
JAN. 17
Drugs. A 16-year-old boy and two 15-year-old boys from Minnetonka, and a 15-year-old Deephaven boy, were cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and tobacco on Manitou Road.
WATERTOWN TOWNSHIP

Drunken driving. A 19-year-old Montrose woman was cited for underage drinking and driving after her vehicle went into a ditch at Hwy. 25 and Common Street.
