Authorities on Monday identified the man shot to death near a south Minneapolis intersection during the weekend.
Delwin D. Cooper, 35, of Minneapolis, was found fatally shot Saturday night near E. 44th Street and 33rd Avenue S., according to the Hennepin County medical examiner's office.
No arrests have been made.
Residents who called 911 reported an argument in the street just before hearing gunshots, police said.
