Jerian Grant had 23 points and 12 assists as No. 8 Notre Dame (20-2, 8-1 Atlantic Coast Conference) beat No. 4 Duke 77-73 Wednesday night in South Bend, Ind. Grant's basket gave the Irish a 73-70 lead with 67 seconds left. And, after two free throws by Duke, Grant got the assist on Steve Vasturia three-pointer from the corner, giving the Irish a 76-72 lead. Duke (17-3, 4-3) was led by Jahlil Okafor's 22 points.

• TUBBY'S TEAM ROUTED: No. 24 Oklahoma allowed the fewest points ever by a Big 12 team in a conference game, beating Texas Tech 81-36 in Norman, Okla. Ryan Spangler scored a season-high 20 points for the Sooners (13-7, 4-4 Big 12). It was the worst margin of defeat in Texas Tech coach Tubby Smith's career
