• MICHIGAN TECH 3, WISCONSIN 2 (OT): Senior captain Brett Olson scored only 20 seconds into overtime for the Huskies (4-0), who finished off a weekend sweep of the Badgers on Saturday in Houghton, Mich.Tanner Keno and Jacob Johnstone also scored for Michigan Tech, which won in overtime on Friday as well and swept Wisconsin in a series for the first time since 2006.

Tyler Barnes forced overtime with a goal with 2 minutes, 7 seconds remaining in regulation for the Badgers. They are 1-3, with all three losses coming in overtime.

• COLORADO COLLEGE 6, BEMIDJI STATE 4: Rylan Schwartz scored the tiebreaking goal midway through the third period, completing a hat trick as the Tigers came back to beat the Beavers to sweep their series in Colorado Springs. Bemidji State led 1-0, 2-1, 3-2 and 4-3, but CC came back to tie every time, with Nick Dineen scoring at 5:45 of the third period to tie the score at 4-4.

NONCONFERENCE: Shorthanded goals lift BU past Pioneers

• BOSTON UNIVERSITY 4, DENVER 3: Corey Trivino and Matt Nieto scored shorthanded goals in the first 62 seconds of the second period, helping the host Terriers top the Pioneers.

Kieran Millan recorded 35 saves for his 63rd career victory, becoming the winningest goaltender in BU history.

The Terriers began the second period up 1-0 but killing a penalty. Trivino scored unassisted only 19 seconds into the period, and 43 seconds later Nieto added another shorthanded goal. Wade Megan added a power-play goal at 2:58 of the period to make it 4-0.

Luke Salazar, John Lee and Drew Shore scored third-period goals for the third-ranked Pioneers, who split their two games in Boston, having beaten top-ranked Boston College on Friday.

• MAINE 3, NORTH DAKOTA 3: Danny Kristo had two goals and an assist, all on the power play, for UND (2-1-1) in its tie with the Black Bears (1-2-1) in Grand Forks, N.D. Maine's Ryan Hegarty scored the tying goal on the power play at 12:18 of the third period. North Dakota went 3-for-5 on the power play, Maine 2-for-4.

• MASSACHUSETTS LOWELL 4, MINNESOTA STATE MANKATO 1: Derek Arnold scored twice and added an assist as the River Hawks (2-0) completed a sweep of the host Mavericks (1-3). Derek Arnold and Matt Ferreira scored power-play goals late in the first period for UMass Lowell. Phil Cook made 31 saves for Minnesota State.

• NORTHERN MICHIGAN 3, ST. CLOUD STATE 2: Erik Higby scored what proved to be the game-winning goal early in the second period as the Wildcats (3-1) beat the Huskies (1-3) for a weekend sweep in Marquette, Mich. Joey Holka and Jared Festler scored for St. Cloud State.

• ALASKA ANCHORAGE 6, MERCYHURST 2: Jade Portwood had two goals, Daniel Naslund added a goal and two assists and the Seawolves beat the Lakers at the Alaska Goal Rush in Fairbanks.
